An Islamic government is a just system in which the poverty-stricken hovel-dwellers who have nothing should be taken care of. The wealth of the nation should not lie only in the hands of the elite and the aristocrats… The government belongs to all sections of the community; it should work for everyone, it should work more for the weak and the poor in order to help them attain a suitable standard of living.
