Imam said if only one day I had to kept quiet I’d never stayed here [and kept silent just insure my safety].
Haj Ahmd (Imam’s son) quoted: Interesting to relate, by the night before the day we were on departure, my mother, sister, brother, sister in law and my nephew all were agonized to death and my concern with a special focus on was Imam himself. He went to bed just as usual as every other night, woke up later for his night vigil prayer, also as he did always. And I remember also that in a short chance he gathered us all, said: don’t worry, nothing happens. But one can’t stay silent, what would be my excuse to God, and people? The most important concern here is our responsibility and Godly duty. I cannot ignore my duty of enlightening people. And never mind about the activities if I just had to stay one day silent and that was harmful to people I would never do that.
