The scholars say Imam Khomeini never liked flattering tongue or of any exaggeration of his scholar skills.
Imam was too polite and humble that once when his famous book of “Tahrir al-Wasila” was being sent for publishing, he asked to delete all appreciative comments written by other figures on the book cover.
It has been widely reported that Imam never allowed his fellows to promote his academic works or career.
Imam also led a simple life before the revolution and following becoming the founder of the Islamic Republic system.
