She stood by the struggle for the Islamic Revolution before and after the martyrdom of her Husband, Seyyed Mostafa Khomeini.
MRS. Masoumeh has been the daughter of Sheikh Morteza Haeri and belonged to the family of Sheikh Abdul Karim Haeri, the late founder of the Islamic Shia seminaries.
Following her passing, senior officials, academic figures and have sent messages of condolences to Imam Khomeini’s family members.
Masoumeh stood by Imam’s family through all thick and thin times during the struggle for the Islamic Revolution.
