Professor Basir Ahmad Khan, former pro-vice chancellor of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in New Delhi, said: “The legacy Imam Khomeini left behind, if followed properly, would pave way for the success of Muslim world”.
Paying tribute to the Founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on his 24th departure anniversary, he said the philosophy of the greatest leader of all time restored the lost dignity of Muslims around the globe.
The prominent professor, who is also the former head of the Department of Islamic Studies at Jamia Hamdard University, said that the Islamic Republic of Iran is moving on its own pace and developing in every field despite facing the stern opposition, accusations and sanctions by world powers.
The Islamic Republic of Iran has achieved an influential place among world countries, thanks to the late Imam Khomeini philosophy, he noted.
Basir further praised Iran’s resistance against the bullying powers and emphasized that the Islamic system emerged victorious out of the western immoral and anti-divine challenges due to its divine orientation and unique leadership of great Imam Khomeini.
